It’s also dependent on the payment option selected by the consumer for the order. Regardless, the refund procedure begins when you cancel an order, not on the shipment route.

To receive your money returned, complete the following steps:

To access the Your Orders area, go to the upper right corner.

Choose the order, Select the order to cancel, and check dispatch status. Click “cancel item” if it has not been sent.

Click Cancel to confirm. Item(s) Checked.

Refund for Unsatisfactory Delivery

Shipments that never arrived.

Products that did not match the listing description.

How Long Will it Take to Get a Refund?

You may choose your refund method in the Online Returns Center when returning products. After the carrier gets the product, it may take up to two weeks for them to receive and process the return. 

They normally handle returns within three to five business days after the shipper delivers the items to our Returns Center. After processing the return, they will reimburse your payment method. 

Certain conditions, such as an out-of-stock item or a fulfillment center mistake, may preclude vendors from fulfilling such requests.

You can always contact them if you cancel an order by mistake and request a refund. When an order is canceled, it will not be active after receiving the refund.
